Today is Giving Tuesday, a global day of generosity where many wonderful organizations reach out to ask for support.

At the Brain Food Garden Project (BFGP), we understand that many requests are filling your inbox and social feeds. While we know the impact a donation can have, we've decided to approach today a little differently.

Instead of asking for donations, we are using this moment to simply say thank you.

We want to express our deepest gratitude to you and all of our dedicated supporters and donors who have so graciously given your time, resources, and trust throughout 2025.

In these strange and sometimes difficult times, your commitment to our mission has been the constant, nourishing force behind everything we do. We sincerely hope that you will continue to support us in the future as we work to bring the healing power of gardens and fresh food to more people.

Our Board of Directors and Advisory Board members are excited and optimistic as we look forward to a successful 2026, filled with impactful new projects. We are thrilled to announce our partnership to bring BFGP Feeding Our Mental Health workshops to participants on the Manhattan Psychiatric Center campus on Wards Island, as well as our commitment to supporting the installation of a new hydroponic garden for participants at the Rising Ground Queens Youth Center.

These initiatives will allow us to deepen our impact and reach new communities, and we couldn't do it without the foundation of support you've helped us build.
